چکیده
Serratia marcescens has been studied to show a higher degradation potential for organo-phosphorus pesticides. This property made it useful as bioremediation agent. The bacterial cell was bio-stimulated in luria beterni broth at selected experimental temperature ranging from 25 ºC – 40 ºC. highest biomass recorded 35 range 7.56 -8.10mg/ml single strength and double yeast extract beterni, respectively. Percentage bio-sorption efficiency of both the culture extracted membrane protein augmented showed 100% removal heavy metals such lead, potassium manganese, percentage sorption also 99.2%, 95.9% 82% copper, nickel zinc, respectively, while improved corresponding metal with copper 86.5% zinc. extracts tend create oxygen stress an aquaculture model, reducing dissolved level 3 mg/l. Lethal dose 50 were high 14.14%; hence this toxicity or pathogenicity bacteria. that proteins promising environment; however, its effect on test fishes makes risk aquatic life.

متن کاملplants role in reducing heavy metals from polluted soil leachate
aims: in the past few decades, more attention has been paid to clean up soils polluted with heavy metals by plants. a serious problem in this way is the amount of heavy metals uptake by plants. this study was conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of 3 local plants of mazandaran province, iran, in reducing and controlling the soil’s heavy metals. instrument & methods: the removal amount of thr...
متن کاملBiodegradation of diazinon by Serratia marcescens DI101 and its use in bioremediation of contaminated environment.
Four diazinon-degrading bacteria were isolated from agricultural soil by using an enrichment technique. The biochemical analysis and molecular method including RFLP indicated that these isolates were identical, and one strain designated DI101 was selected for further study. Phylogenetic analysis based on 16S rDNA sequencing indicated that the strain DI101 clearly belongs to the Serratia marcesc...
متن کاملPhytoremediation of heavy metals polluted environments
The rapid industrial development and agricultural growth and the indiscriminate production of pollutants have faced problems for human societies and the environment. Accumulation and pollution of heavy metals in the environment are the main important problems that as a result of human activities through extraction from ore and processing for various applications has led to the release of these ...
متن کاملBioremediation of a Crude Oil - Polluted Soil by Application of Fertilizers
Oil pollution is a worldwide threat to the environment and the remediation of oil-contaminated soils, sediments and water is a major challenge for environmental research. Bioremediation is a useful method for soil remediation, if pollutant concentrations are moderate and non-biological techniques are not economical. The bioremediation consists strategy of actively aerating the soils and adding ...
